Bennett Gershman is University Distinguished Professor of Law at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law., Pace University, White Plains New York.. and is a BCU Visiting Professor in the School of Law’s Centre for American Legal Studies. He is a US  leading authority on prosecutorial misconduct and is regularly   quoted by the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and The Wall Street Journal, as well as by a host of local publications. He has served as an expert witness on prosecutorial misconduct in numerous criminal cases and has devoted much of his time to training prosecutors and judges.

Lissa Griffin is a Professor of Law and Ian J. Yankwitt Faculty Scholar at The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York, where she teaches Professional Responsibility, Criminal Procedure, Comparative Criminal Procedure and Evidence.Last year she taught law at the University of Malaga, in Spain, as a Fulbright Scholar. Prof. Griffin was a practicing lawyer in New York City before joining the Haub Faculty in 1985, and has written extensively on professional ethics issues, lawyers’ roles in the criminal process, wrongful convictions and comparative criminal procedure. She is currently a Visiting Professor at BCU School of Law’s Centre for American legal Studies.
